United Methodist Course of Study

The Course of Study (COS) is a theological education program prescribed by the United Methodist Book of Discipline and offered online by the United Methodist General Board of Higher Education and Ministry.

The Course of Study Online Learning Center uses Moodle. Students can complete many of the Course of Study requirements online as well as access resources and coursework for some regional and extension schools and for Clinical Pastoral Education.

I work with the faculty to build their courses, make instructional design suggestions regarding learning activities available in Moodle, and ensure the courses have a consistent structure. I also write "how-to" guides for faculty, staff, and students learning to use Moodle.
